Appointments

At Community Cancer Center of North Florida we strive to expedite the scheduling of your appointments. The anxiety and stress associated with an initial diagnosis are clearly understood, and our experienced staff will keep delays for appointments to a minimum. Prior to your first appointment, you will be contacted by one of our nurse case managers to ensure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed to your satisfaction.

For your first appointment we ask that you provide:

  • Current contact information*
  • Your insurance cards*
  • A list of all current prescriptions as well as over-the-counter medications, vitamins and herbal supplements
  • A list of questions or concerns that you may want to discuss with your physician - It may be helpful to bring someone to help you listen to the facts and keep the information in context.

* Please let us know if you have a change in contact information or insurance.

Note: You will schedule your next appointment(s) each time before leaving the center. This includes lab, medication and radiology appointments.

We understand that emergencies can occur, and special needs may arise. We will do our best to accommodate your specific needs. Should you need to cancel an appointment, we request that you provide as much notice as possible so that we can allow another patient to see the doctor.
